Tess

Tess (Della Reese) is Monica's supervisor and friend.
Tess is the stabilizing element in this trio. When Monica or Andrew are unhappy about what happens or they do thinking that they failed then is Tess that one that helps them to keep their hope and remembers them what's really important:
God can make a happy end from EVERYTHING and that he has a plan.
Sometimes, she is a little bit quick-tempered and this can scare people who don't know her very well, but she is also a kind of grandmother for everyone.

What she likes:
* her car !!!!!
* Her dog 
* singing

What she doesn't like:
* if someone does something to her car or her dog :-)
* when Monica starts to sing
